Lithothamnion

Lithothamnion Is a natural calcium source, produced from a mineralized red seaweed harvested off the coast of Ireland. Lithothamnion is composed of a range of minerals, the foremost being calcium (33%) along with magnesium, boron, zinc, copper, selenium, manganese, molybdenum, iron, and 65 other trace minerals.
